General Information
Facility Rules & Etiquette
To ensure a premier experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these facility guidelines while enjoying our simulators.
Equipment
Clean golf clubs and balls are required. No marked balls or balls with scuffs as they damage the simulator screens. We provide premium Titleist Pro V1 balls for your session.
Golf Attire
Clean athletic footwear or soft-spiked golf shoes only. No metal spikes or muddy boots allowed in the bay area. Comfortable golf apparel is encouraged.
Site Etiquette
Please be ready to vacate your bay 5 minutes before your session ends to allow for automated resets. Maximum of 6 players per bay. No outside food or beverages are permitted in the tracking zone.
Safety
Always swing within the designated bay area. Only one person is allowed in the hitting mat zone at a time. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
